Q: Do you make your designs?

A: Aespirit is artist owned and operated, based out of Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Every design that ends up on a product was created by one of our founders. No Fiverr resales promise :).

Q: How long will my product take to arrive?

A: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Delivery times will vary but will generally be within 10 business days of the time purchased. Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.

Q: What if I order the wrong size or have to return an item?

A: Our products are made to order. If you notice a mistake in your order please email us as soon as possible, we will do everything in our power to help you! All of our products have the dimensions or a sizing chart on the product page, so please consult that if you are unsure. We offer free returns within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Returns are refunded to the original payment method. Products must be in their original condition.
